The Mid Cork U10 Blitz is being held this Saturday 27th August, in Donoughmore. Registration of teams is at 9.30am with matches to begin at 10am. Parents are welcome of course, though are advised to bring rain-wear as well as sunblock at his stage, for themselves as well!
We have also been invited by the Passage Ladies Club to their annual blitz on Saturday 17th September for the day! So plenty to look forward to and loads of match experience which is so important!
New players are always welcome and training for the U10s will continue into the autumn months until inclement weather and lack of light drives us off the pitch! We have been able to train almost every Monday afternoon in dry weather since March, and we hope to go on for another few months at least!
Cork U16s reach All-Ireland Final!
Having defeated Tyrone in the semifinal, they are through to the U16A Championship Shield Final in the this Saurday in Banagher at 4pm. We wish Aobha Hickey and John Fitzgerald all the best of Ballincollig Ladies luck when they play Mayo!!
