2014 U13 Dual Plate Champions

The Juvenile Section of Ballincollig GAA Club were in celebratory mood last Friday night when the accomplishments of the 2014 U13 Hurling and Football teams were recognised. Winning the County Title in both codes was a great achievement for this talented bunch of players and their excellent management team, led by Terence O'Leary.
Following a delicious dinner prepared by John O'Driscoll and Barry O'Mahoney, Juvenile Section Chairman Brendan Murphy welcomed the family and friends of these U13 Champions to the Club before Rebel Og Chairman John Purcell addressed the audience. Terence O'Leary then acknowledged this team's spirit and thanked his backroom staff before Intermediate Hurling Captain, David Bowen, presented the medals to each player. Club Chairman Brian Long closed proceedings while Sean Kiely's Intercounty exploits were recognised by the Juvenile Section of Ballincollig GAA Club. As we know by now, this team's recent Feile Football efforts went very close to winning another County Title so we are all looking forward to their Feile Hurling exploits next month.
