U21 County Semi Final on Sunday
This is a huge weekend for our club as we face an extremely tricky assignment against Ilen Rovers in the championship in Ballineen on Sunday afternoon. This has been a very fruitful competition for the club over recent seasons and supporters are encouraged to travel in great numbers. We are a young side with plenty of exciting young footballers within our ranks. We wish John Noonan and his management team and our committed players the very best of luck.

Junior B Football Championship replay Tonight

Our Junior B footballers are in action tonight against Donoughmore following an exciting draw last weekend. We are the defending champions in this competition and manager Paul Desmond and selectors have done a brilliant job over the last two seasons. We have plenty of talent within our ranks and during this busy championship time all the support will be appreciated by the club.

Senior Football and Intermediate Hurling
Our Intermediate hurlers got the season back on track with a gutsy victory over Barryroe recently. This was a hugely important victory for the club and the players and management deserve enormous credit. Ian Coughlan was a real hero with a magnificent total of 3-1 on the night. It was a master class from the captain while Liam Jennings, Finbar Kelly, Ciaran O’Sullivan and David Bowen showed their class and our experience on the night proved vital. Both our Intermediate hurlers and senior footballers meet Argideen Rangers. Our players are making a massive effort and everyone in the club is looking forward to the upcoming fixtures.

Junior Footballers and Junior B Hurlers
Our Junior footballers will meet Clondrohid in the next round of the championship and the team have been motoring along nicely in the league recently. Manager Richie Hickey and his team have gathered an excellent squad and we are more than capable of coming through this contest. Elsewhere, our Junior B hurlers got the new season underway with a gutsy victory over Cloughduv. John Purcell and his management team have gathered an excellent blend of youth and experience and will be in championship action in the coming weeks. It will be an extremely busy time for the club over the coming weeks with all our adult teams in action. Please support your club.
