St. Patrick's Day PARADE
March 08, 2016
As the success of our local St. Patricks Day parade grows by the year the people of Ballincollig have come together again to host what should be an even bigger and better parade this time around. Ballincollig G.A.A. Club will once again be participating and we would like to invite all members of our Youth Development section (U-6âs to U-12âs) to join us on the day.
We would ask that any child who wishes to take part would wear (where possible) their club colours and that they would bring their Hurleys (no need for helmets) along as well. This promises to be a fantastic day out for all the family so please come along and bring your Moms, Dads, Grandparents and anyone else you know to join in on the fun! We would ask all children to please meet at the Times Square Car Park (at the back of Downs Supervalu) at 2.30pm SHARP ( parade starting at 3.00pm) and would insist that ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS would stay for the duration of the parade.
With large numbers expected it is vital that there is someone available to collect their child/children at the end of the parade which will finish at the Dunnes Stores main carpark.
