Cork GAA will host its Annual Strength & Conditioning Conference for Club Coaches on Saturday, 29th November, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh.


This event offers a valuable opportunity to explore best practices in Strength & Conditioning across clubs, schools, and intercounty teams. With a focus on youth and adult development for both male and female athletes, speakers will share insights drawn from Gaelic games, soccer, and rugby.
