Dear Parents,

I hope you and your families enjoyed a fantastic summer break, and that all the girls are looking forward to the new school year.

As we return to Training, Championship and League matches, Blitzes, etc.. and travelling all around the County, I would like to remind everyone of a few important points:

Club Communication

* All communication regarding training and matches will be through  ClubZap only.

* For GDPR and Child Safeguarding reasons, messages should not be sent to Mentors via WhatsApp or to their personal numbers.

Please respect this system so that Mentors are not put in an awkward or unfair situation.

Travel and Lifts:

* It is the parent’s responsibility to arrange transport for their daughter (s) to and from training and matches.

* Mentors must not be asked to organise or provide lifts – this is prohibited under Best Child Safeguarding practices.

* Parents are encouraged to link in with one another to arrange car-pooling where needed.
