Ballincollig GAA, LGFA and Camogie are delighted to be taking part in Ireland Lights Up and the Irish Life Healthy Clubs Every Step Counts Challenge again in 2025.
📌Ireland Lights Up will commence on Wednesday Jan 15th due to weather at 7:30pm and will run for 5 weeks (weather dependant). The walk will start from dressing rooms and will run along Old Fort Road and back along Main Street. Sponsorship is being provided by SOS Binding and Quish’s Supervalu.
🚶♀️FREE for ALL
· 3km distance starting at the Club, walk to the Village and back.
· 3km distance starting at the Club, walk to the Village and back.
· Members and non-members welcome!
· Any Children U14 needs to accompanied by a guardian.
☕Tea, coffee and fruit will be provided in the club bar afterwards.
Running at the same time will be the Irish Life Every Step Counts Challenge, hosted on their MyLife app. To download the App click this link and sign up to the 2025 challenge.
The challenge offers participants the chance to win a share of €30,000 in club funding.
