U14 League Ballincollig v Ballyphehane

No one player could be singled out on this occasion as it was truly a team effort when Ballyphehane were welcomed to Ballincollig to this round 5 game of the u14 league. For certain it was teamwork and 100% work-rate on the field that achieved this well-deserved victory to our u14s. Every single player made a difference on the night and played their hearts out. With most of these players training twice a week their dedication would eventually bear fruit and was made all sweeter after all the tough games they have endured to this point. They are a credit to their club as they put in the work week after week, regardless of the results the games. It’s a combination of the football, the camaraderie and growing friendships that keeps the enjoyment in the game. It gave mentors and supporters alike a night of great entertaining football as we witnessed our players really link up and play like a team on a mission. Final score; Ballincollig 4-9, Ballyphehane 4-5. Well done girls!
